3. Weighted Scoring
A final score from 0 (Extreme Fear) to 100 (Extreme Greed) is calculated. Each piece of content is weighted based on the source's authority and the AI's confidence score, resulting in a robust, data-driven index.
From Sentiment to Signals
Our automated signal generation system combines multiple factors:
- Signal Whisper Score: The current market sentiment is a primary driver. High "Greed" suggests bullish setups, while high "Fear" points to bearish opportunities.
- Real-Time Market Data: We analyze current price action, volume, and key technical indicators for assets like the S&P 500, Bitcoin, and Gold.
- Historical Trends: The system looks at recent price history to determine if an asset is in an uptrend, downtrend, or consolidation phase.
- Expert Rules: We've encoded a set of expert rules based on historical market reactions to specific political events (e.g., tariffs, regulations, Fed policy hints).
A signal is only generated when there is a strong confluence of these factors, ensuring a data-driven and disciplined approach to identifying trading opportunities.
